Castaways in Cruz Bay has seen many changes over the years, but one thing it has always been a bit rowdy and crazy, catering to mostly very young people. Castaways owner Dan Boudreau has rebooted the bar and restaurant as a more grown-up destination and he wants his place to be known for great food and a more relaxed, island environment.
